How long will take my order to arrive?


EUROPEAN UNION: 2 - 4 DAYS

USA/CANADA: 3 - 5 DAYS

OTHER COUNTRIES: 7 - 9 DAYS

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?


The price will be calculated automatically once you fill in your shipping information.

There is free shipping for Spain (Península and Balearic Islands) if the order is above 99€.

The shipping costs for the European Union will be calculated automatically when entering the shipping address and finalizing the order.

The shipping costs for the non European Union (AMERICA, ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA) will be calculated automatically when entering the shipping address and finalizing the order.

The shipping cost includes taxes and fees for outbound shipping. Customs clearance fees are the client's responsibility.

In countries and regions for which LA CROIXÉ allows returns, LA CROIXÉ is not responsible neither for return shipping costs nor for duty reimbursement.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

SPAIN (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS)

You have 15 days to return your order. You just have to follow the instructions that come with your order, and contact our transport agency so that they can pick up your package.

Returns will have a cost of 6,99€. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be received.

Step 1. Contact the GLS company to arrange the collection of the package wherever you want. You can do so by calling 931156102 or by sending an email to agencia.724@gls-spain.es (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Step 2. Deliver the package to the GLS carrier.

Step 3. As soon as we receive the package at our offices, we will contact you by e-mail to make the corresponding payment, which you will receive in your bank account. The entire process can take 15 to 20 days, from the moment the delivery person picks up the package at your home until you receive the refund in your bank account.

Returns of accessories are not allowed: earrings, headdresses, bags...

In the event that the product is returned in poor condition (stains, used, broken...) the corresponding payment will not be made, it will be sent to the customer, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.



EUROPEAN UNION


Once you have your order at home you have 15 days to return it. In case you want to return your order you just have to send the box back with the garment and its invoice to the following address:

In the moment we receive the order back in our headquarters, we will make the refund of the garment's total price. The shipping/return costs will be paid by the client.

We do not admit any return in accessories: earrings, clutches, headdresses...



In case the product returned is in bad conditions (stains, used, any part broken...) we won't make the refund and we will send it back to the costumer who will assume the shipping costs.


INTERNATIONALS

We only admit returns or color/size changes in e-shop purchases from countries inside the EUROPEAN UNION.

CANARY ISLANDS

We do not admit returns or changes in color/size in eshop purchases.

UNITED KINGDOM

We do not admit returns or changes in color/size in eshop purchases.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION SUCH AS THE UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, AMERICA, MÉXICO, CHINA, ASIA, CANADA, ETC.
