Do I have to request an appointment?
No, you don’t need to request an appointment. Our official store is open from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm, and on Saturdays we’re open from 11am to 2pm. So we wait you in our official store localted in C/Madrazo, 119, Barcelona.
Can I have my money back if once I have my order at home I don’t like it?
For sure! We refund the money. Once you have your order at home you have 15 days to return it. You just have to send your order with the invoice to the following address:

Once we receive the parcel in our headquarters we will refund the total import of the garment. In case we find the garment you send us back is not in good conditions (stains, used, broken…) we won’t refund the money and we’ll sent it back and you’ll assume the shipping costs.
We don’t accept returns in online orders from outside de European Union.
We don’t accept returns in online orders from Canary Islands
We don’t accept returns on accessorizes: earrings, clutches, headdresses…
How long will take my order to arrive?
Our delivery times are 48/72h once you make the purchase. *During high season (March – September) some order may have delays up to 7 days. For urgent orders please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
If I buy something at the official store and, once at home, I don’t want it anymore, can I return it? Do you make money refunds at the store?
You have 15 days to return the garment. If you buy it in our official store and once at home you change your mind, you can change it for another dress or you can ask for a voucher for its whole price (this voucher doesn’t have expiry date).
We make deposit’s refunds just during 1 month. This refund will always be as a voucher.
Under any circumstances we will refund the money of the deposit.
We neither accept changers nor returns of modified garments by a dressmaker.
